By creating an account or using Collar to Collar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Beta Status

Collar to Collar is currently in public beta. This means:

  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
  • We may need to reset or migrate data as the platform evolves.
  • The service is provided as-is without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Resume scores, match percentages, and roadmap recommendations are guidance, not guarantees. They do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform's data or AI features.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Job Postings and Applications

  • Employers must provide accurate salary ranges.
  • Postings repeatedly reposted without a hire may be automatically flagged or removed.
  • We are a platform connecting seekers and employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hires.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
  • Collar to Collar's design, branding, and platform code are our intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The platform including AI-generated scores and roadmaps is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute career, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collar to Collar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
